We came back very late last night after taking part in the Whit Friday marches. As one source quoted, "The weather was the worst in living memory", but we kept on going and won the Best Non Championship Band prize in Delph and 5th place at Dobcross! At the moment I only have a couple of pictures, but to see them please go to the Photos page and select Whit Friday Marches, or click here.

Our annual concert in Bedworth will be held this year on Friday 12th June at a new venue for us. We will be performing at the Ex Servicemen's Club in Bedworth; this replaces our annual concert at the Civic Hall. The concert will be up to our usual high standard in good surroundings. Tickets are £5 and available from David Lilly on 024 76334899.

The band were extremely pleased to achieve 3rd place at the Leicester contest held today. (Results page updated).

Made a few updates - sorry for the huge delay! I'm in the process of adding some of the Whit Friday photos from earlier this year... There's only a few at the moment, but after I've edited them down to a reasonable file size I'll post the rest.

The band played at the West Midlands Brass Band Association contest in Leamington yesterday and are pleased to announce that they achieved 1st place! Details are shown on the Results page.
The band are also delighted to welcome their new Musical Director, Stephen Tighe. Steve's details are shown on the M.D. page.

The band enjoyed giving a concert at St Giles Church Hall in Exhall last night. Thank you to everyone who attended.

The site has been redesigned, so please let me know if you come across any broken links, or pages set in the old format. The contact page shows the band admin email address. (You may have to refresh your browser or clear your browsing history before the new pages show up correctly). The Players page is in the process of being redesigned, so it should be back up soon.

The Events and Contacts pages have been updated. Our next concert is this coming Sunday (10th June) at Allesley Park in Coventry at 3pm.
We took part in the Whit Friday Marches on Friday 1st June for the first time. Thanks to the guest players that helped us out - we hope to have some photos to post on the site shortly!
